This would ban abortions after 22 weeks. I am pro-abortion but I think this measure is a reasonable restriction. According to stats, a very small minority of abortions happen after 22 weeks. And most other developed nations have similar rules.
Opponents are going to say this will start a slippery slope and curb abortion rights, but in a Blue state like Colorado, I really doubt it. Personally I think this won't pass, similar measures have been voted on in the past and have gone down to defeat.
