What the hell? The rhetoric and outrage in this country has gotten out of hand. Disagree with someone else's politics all you want, submit petitions to recall elected officials, but plot to kidnap a governor, blow IEDs under bridges, and target police? You're a special kind of stupid.
According to a sworn FBI affidavit, an undercover law enforcement source attended a June meeting in Dublin, Ohio, where a group of Michigan-based militia members discussed overthrowing state governments "that they believed were violating the US Constitution".
"Several members talked about murdering 'tyrants' or 'taking' a sitting governor," the charging document states. In one video, a suspect denounced the state's role in deciding when to reopen gyms during the coronavirus lockdown.
Those arrested include Adam Fox, Barry Croft, Kaleb Franks, Daniel Harris, Brandon Casert and Ty Garbin, whose home was raided by authorities on Wednesday.
The accused "co-ordinated surveillance of the governors' vacation home", said the US Attorney for the Western District of Michigan, adding that they also planned Molotov cocktail attacks on police officers, purchased a taser, and pooled their funds to purchase explosives and tactical equipment.
"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther
The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill
Whitmer was just overruled by her own court. Some of these governors need to call back their legislatures if they keep acting like dictators. Personally I like it when a politician is uncomfortable and checking their back.
The state AG has agreed with the court and will not enforce many of the governor's lockdowns.

I know right wingers can tie themselves into pretzels denying the truth, but this is truly spectacular

Funny thing about anti-government militias, they tend to hate both parties. If you actually read their manifestos, they think Republicans are just Democrats-Lite. The GOP spends much too much, especially a guy like Trump who likes writing big checks with other people's money. Plus the GOP likes to snip away at gun rights. Trump banned "bumpstocks". George Bush Sr. banned some rifles from being imported.

instead of doing the usual insult post and run, why not backup your point with facts? The media is great at feeding their hungry audiences anti-Trump BS but they are usually proven wrong. I’m guessing you also think Jussie Smolett was attacked by Trump supporters too. It’s a good thing open minded people are finally seeing a pattern here.
The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
