Well HA, if I was to commit some horrific crime, the police can and will comb through every nook and cranny of my home, my car, my garbage, my social media, etc. Why is my phone so sacred?

I feel perfectly safe when it comes to the police being able to get into my phone because I'm not a criminal and if I was falsely accused, they wouldn't find anything bad because I'm not a criminal.

RICK....since I do not use a cell phone, I was under the impression that U could NOT UNLOCK a newer generation APPLE, that was the advantage of the product...in fact I distinctly remember courts denying
access to one of the cell phone products......during the BOSTON BOMBING.

I believe IF there is hard evidence,then access to forensics on a cell is acceptable.....HARD EVIDENCE
is the key.

I believe that is the standard unless it's the FBI investigating a political candidate, then "hard evidence" isn't at all necessary. With the new precedent, the FBI can not only look into such devices, they can listen in to conversations live.

I love the idiots that carry their phones with them when they commit crimes. If you are going to be bad, leave the phone at home, or buy a burner.
So many of the "ANTIFA" black shirts are caught due to the fact that they have to carry their Iphones 24/7.
