You are the CEO of a multibillion dollar company, would you want to release a vaccine that doesn't work, or even worse, harms those who take it?

This isn't Uncle Joe making moonshine in the garage. These vaccines have been tested and by the time you and I get one, they will have months more of testing plus millions more people will have been guinea pigs.

SORRY Fred.....PHASE THREE is not finished,in ANY of the vaccines and the info has NOT been collected and reviewed....the samplings are SMALL,meeting minimal perimeters....they are STILL working
the problem...YES it looks promising...BUT when the oversight (as stated in the article)is skipped/or
skimmed over..THAT is bordering on blatant crime. Q1 or around that time is the expected "release
date(sufficient understanding of the product). THE END OF 2021 is timeline for the general populace.WE
NEED THIS...but not without oversight...jmo

Many people like HA are questioning the short timeline but I read a great explanation for why this is okay. Most vaccines being developed don't have this urgency so lots of normal lead time issues were eliminated. Overtime was approved, sign-offs were handled right away instead of being put on the bottom of the pile. Bonuses were offered for faster delivery, and they didn't have to wait for the budgets to be approved for the next series of trials. Just like what happened during World War II, the US went from a peacetime consumer economy to a wartime military economy in less than a year.
