ACB's first major decision was this week as she voted with the conservative members of the court, led by Justice Thomas to overturn NY's blatantly unfair church regulations. It limited church attendance to 25 people in orange districts and 10 people in red districts, yet let many non-essential businesses host many more.
Some are saying with this decision that the Supremes are no longer Robert's court, but now Justice Thomas's. And the far-left is upset with the decision and believe that this proves the need for President Biden to pack the court.
