The relationship with China will be very interesting over the next four years. I think the Biden administration will ignore China's spying and cheating on trade deals. They prefer to keep China happy buying our goods and don't have the strength for a fight. Besides Democrats honestly believe the biggest threat to the United States is Donald Trump and a strong Republican Party.

Russia and Putin? The Democrats support for the Green New Deal plays right into Vlad's hands. With less domestic drilling, the US will be buying more foreign oil from both Russia and the Middle East. Russia and OPEC just worked out a deal to start selling more(WSJ). Partly because they think with new vaccines, economies and demand will come rushing back, but partly because they know a Biden administration hates fracking. (Yes, Joe lied to Pennsylvania voters. )
