Initial reports thought it could be a couple years before we would get a working Coronavirus vaccine. Some in the press thought it might take years or it might never happen because the Covid can mutate so easily, like the common cold.
Thankfully they were able to beat those projections, and numerous vaccines were in development months ago, they took the time to test them and despite a few bumps in the road, it looks like we will have at least two vaccines and possibly three in the next couple months.
Time recently awarded their couple of the year as President Elect Biden and VP Kamala Harris, but if it was up to me I would give it to the scientists who developed these vaccines. They will have the biggest influence in the world in 2021 as we return to normal.
