Is This American Justice?

If you were a defendant in a court case and the prosecutor altered evidence that negatively effected your case in the eyes of the judge, what should happen to that prosecutor?

Enter Kevin Clinesmith, an FBI lawyer involved with the debunked Trump/Russia collusion investigation. If you don't already know, Clinesmith altered an email that was sent to him from the CIA which stated that Carter Page was a source for the CIA. Clinesmith decided to alter the email to say the Page was "not a source" for the CIA, which would make him look more suspicious and would therefore help convince the FISA court judge to authorize the surveillance of Carter Page, an American citizen.

So, what did the Democrat appointed DC judge Boasberg think when this evidence was presented to him? He believed Clinesmith's story that he really thought the CIA email was wrong, and that Page really wasn't a CIA source. So in order to "save time" by not having to wait for a revised email, Clinesmith took it upon himself to alter the CIA email. Would there be an other reason why Clinesmith would commit a felony false statement crime? Well, lets look at his own words as found in a couple text messages...

“Who knows if the rhetoric about deporting people, walls, and crap is true. I honestly feel like there is going to be a lot more gun issues, too, the crazies won finally,” Clinesmith wrote. “This is the tea party on steroids. And the GOP is going to be lost, they have to deal with an incumbent in 4 years. We have to fight this again. Also Pence is stupid.”

Two weeks later, when a colleague asked Clinesmith about whether he was rethinking his commitment to serving in the Trump administration, Clinesmith replied “Hell no" and added "Viva le resistance."

If you're honest, you'd have to admit this guy is a Trump hater and like all of the people who were part of this investigation, he believed the ends justified the means.

So what was the the punishment for this felony? The judge gave him 1 year probation and community service. The FISA court system is now a joke, and so is the idea of "equal justice".

There is a very well documented dual justice system based on political affiliation. Just look at how differently Hunter Biden and Paul Manafort were treated. Trump was investigated for 3 years after John Brennan told Obama in writing that the whole Russia Collusion narrative was based on Hillary’s imagination. People should be in jail for making the intelligence community nothing more than an arm of the democrat party but nobody went to jail. It is a different thing than different outcomes between black and white lawbreakers.

The difference is between a federal system and an lot of local systems and also in direction. The federal system is steeped in corruption and political favoritism. Our local systems have had racism for decades but it is getting better. Statistics prove much of the BLM narrative to be a lie, but there is still much room for improvement. Black communities tend to have higher crime therefore have a higher incarceration rate. Where is the problem there? It’s not the higher incarceration rate. It is the community. That is why Trump made inroads into the demographic of young black men. He showed them that there is a way to success that doesn’t involve crime. It was much too dangerous to the status quo so Trump was vilified and branded a racist even though that was not even close to the truth. He was a danger to the ruling class because he showed the people that we are the power, not the ruling class. Now he must be erased in order for them to maintain their stranglehold.

YOUR assessment seems at odds with the stats......AGAIN the wealth class has a view that is removed from reality.

So you disagree that high incarceration rates follow with high crime rates? I’ll let the “wealth class” comment slide for now as I’m trying to discuss and not get into a personal insult match.

I've read it, thanks. Are you one of these people like Adam Schiff who said Trump is guilty of collusion and has the evidence to prove it, yet never produced the evidence? Please state your "facts" then tell me why they had to resort to an innocent Ukraine phone call to impeach him and not a 3 year long investigation that used the entire power of the federal government. The Russia hoax was a joke that got a couple scumbags that had nothing to do with Russia.
