It has become quite apparent over the last couple of weeks just where Biden stands on China - underneath their boot. Here are a few of the ties that Biden was either forced to make, or did on his own:
After the election, the Director for National Intelligence for Trump, John Ratliffe, warned that China interfered in the 2020 elections but was shunned. Nobody wanted to hear it because the desired result was in place - Trump lost. Remember when we heard for 4 years about Russian interference (that didn't happen)?
Some countries are debating boycotting the Winter Olympics to be held in China in 2022 because of Beijing's horrible human rights record against those seeking democracy in Hong Kong and locking up religious minorities in concentration camps. China is already promising to punish any nations that try to boycott their Olympics. Raise tariff on imports from those nations and no country wants to lose access to more than a billion consumers. In 1980, the US and other nations boycotted the Moscow Olympics over the invasion of Afghanistan, but Russia didn't have one billion consumers buying goods from all over the world.
I doubt President Biden would support a boycott of China.

Of course he wouldn't, his son is still making big money from the communist country. Do you see any journalists wiling to look into this or to even criticize the most dangerous country since the days of Hitler? So much willful blindness and double standards on the left and it will eventually lead to our demise. China should be condemned by every country and every US citizen who claims to be against human rights abuses, but that's not happening because Trump sounded the alarm and actually punished China for their decades of abuses of all kinds. And lets not forget their reckless lies that will end up killing millions of people across the globe.
The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
President Biden is now considering restricting travel to Florida, despite more infections and hospitalizations occurring in NY state. That doesn't sound like it would be constitutional. Maybe President Xi suggested it to Joe in their last call. China did eventually ban travel in and out of Wuhan.
