WHO SHOULD BE PRESIDENT

Lots of criticism of Biden and Trump. Lots of platitudes about the "middle". But when all is said and done there is going to be a President. So, what is your choice. This is not limited to the aforementioned.
I'll give you mine, Ron DeSantis, Governor of Florida.
Show me yours, i have shown you mine.

I like DeSantis too. I would think he's a front runner for 2024 for the R's. There are others like Jim Jordan I like more but would be too polarizing. I was glad to see Nikki Haley show her true colors with her comments on Trump and then, realizing her mistake, trying to meet with him and getting rebuffed. She probably could have made a decent run before that, but I knew what she was like a long time ago. She'll go whichever way the wind is blowing.

It is far too early to contemplate that decision.....because of the above. The R party was splintering before
TRUMP....IT has to decide what platform they stand for.

NIKKI, knows how to "play"....so,for now, she would be a POSSIBLE choice.

Splintering? You had the old Rockefeller Republicans who were against Trump from day one. Somehow he still won an election without their support. I think their influence is overestimated.

I think Nikki Haley would be highly electable since she is a minority woman, she would get moderates who are tired of four years of "Woke" President Biden, but would she be able to get traction in the primary? The primary will be very interesting, will Trump run again? If he doesn't, there will be those who claim to be his successor and those who will distance themselves. I think the successors are more likely to win the early primaries.

I really hate what you did there with the shoe boxing of Haley “electable because she’s a minority”. I’m damned sick of racism in all of its forms!

It got Kamala Harris on the ticket despite her being a lightweight who is in way over her head.

This is how Democrats think... skin color always trump's qualifications (see Barack Obama). You really can't find many policies from the new administration where race isn't a key factor. I don't think this is what MLK would have wanted, based on his words.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
