Best guess for when Governor Polis will repeal the mask mandate and reopen Colorado? I think July 4th. Of course, he will also advise everyone to keep their festivities low key and only with other vaccinated people.

Polis will lift the mask mandate when Biden announces that there is no longer any need to wear masks at Federal facilities.
Why would he do anything less?
I do think there will reach a point where people in Colorado slowly stop wearing masks and others will just shrug. Vaccinations for everyone in Colorado start in April. Vaccinated people shouldn't need to wear a mask, and they aren't likely to infect others.
