• We are accepting applications via email. Please write your property address in the subject line and we will call you for payment.
• If you would like to submit the application in-person please call to make an appointment: 719-836-4293
• If you mail the application, please send it to PO Box 1598, attention to Louise, Fairplay, CO 80440. If you write a check write the property address in the memo line or we will call you for payment.
