But I think you will also see more spending, especially because President Biden wants to pass a major infrastructure bill this year.

I have mixed feelings as to earmarks. Should the goal be to bring down spending or get what you can for your voters? Be that as it may, I am distressed by the fact the Repubicans took this vote behind closed doors. I would urge those of us in Congressional districts represented by Republicans to find out which way their representative voted and why.
