Interesting, usually the Supreme Court dodges controversial 2nd Amendment cases.

This maybe the end of the Roberts Court. In the past he has been able to avoid any 2nd amendment cases, not so this time. I am in no way predicting the outcome of the case but it is a step forward that the SC will take up the case, albeit on narrow grounds.
