June 30th END DATE...BUT, this could play out for months....meanwhile, look at the chart for clarity.
I believe the problem will continue, because of hardship on the landlord/banks.

New twist in this story. The CDC, a health branch of the federal government, had created the rent suspension, which is not really a function of their mission. A federal judge just ruled that they do not have the power to do this. So does all the back rent come due now?

Landlords in Colorado can be super choosy these days. If they know you previously hired an attorney to get out of paying the rent you agreed to pay for in a contract, you wouldn't pass many background checks.
