The CDC knew for a long time that outdoor transmission was near zero. Now after Biden has been endlessly mocked for wearing a mask outside and around other vaccinated people, the CDC finally gives him the ok to remove his virtue signally muzzle.
The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
THE REAL issue is this ....how do u delineate the vaccers from those who have not participated....the
system is short sighted in making this premature decision.....UNLESS the mandatory vac card is played.
Here in Costa Rica, the cards issued by the health clinic have to be further verified and stamped by the Health Dept of the city in which the clinic is located.
