Mississippi passed a bill that would outlaw abortions after the first 15 weeks. A federal judge put a stay on the order. In the past, the Supreme Court would tend to pass on the case. Now Amy Coney Barret has replaced RBG and they will make a ruling on the case. Can states make common sense restrictions on abortion rights?
For me? I think 15 weeks is way too short of time. This case could really fire up the bases for the 2022 elections.

ONE of the thorny issues is a fetus with SEVERE defects, viable, but will require constant critical care/money that the parents do not have, hospital bills that will be unsustainable, quality of life that will be
negligible.....when THAT is evident early on in the pregnancy....how will SCOTUS rule? THESE issues r
between the doctor and the parent....the court is NEVER the decider. (JMO)
