Supreme Court Upholds The 4th Amendment

And the 2nd Amendment?

In a rare 9-0 decision, the Supreme Court rejected a case of government seizure of personal property, firearms in this case, without a warrant. A spouse was concerned that during an argument, her husband had made statements that she thought implied he might commit suicide. She called the police and told them her concerns, and the police seized his guns without a warrant or judge's order.

Some are thinking this will affect "red flag" laws, but I think it only would cover poorly written "red flag" laws. As long as the police go in with proper authorization, they can continue to seize weapons.
