Biden and the Civility Myth

Biden made the questionable quip Tuesday from behind the wheel of the new F-150 Lightning electric pickup truck when a reporter asked if she could ask “a quick question on Israel … since it’s so important?”

“No, you can’t,” Biden replied bluntly. “Not unless you get in front of the car as I step on it.”
The car-loving commander-in-chief insisted he was “only teasing” — but still raced away on a Michigan race track rather than accept a question on the ongoing conflict.

He was quickly ripped online, with many noting how his predecessor, President Donald Trump, was routinely savaged for his own jokes.

It's not like this is anything new... he has a history of this kind of 'joke' but the worthless media gives him a pass every time. Good thing his election brought the presidency back to a civil state of 'normalcy'.

Personally, I don't care, but I love pointing out the endless stream of hypocrisy.

I'm always amused when I post a topic, then you completely ignore the topic and deflect to one of your own. So I take it that you have no problem with what civil Joe said?

As for the source, what does it matter? Is a fact not a fact just because you don't like who reported the fact?

Watched a bit of one of the late show monologs last night. Nothing but a Trump hate fest and not even funny.

I prefer BUSINESS INSIDER and let the nite shows rip. REAL news is what I attempt to follow.

Amazing, isn't it? There's so much good comedy material from THIS administration yet these late shows still long for the old days of Trump. I would think that eventually even the brain dead drones who watch these shows will get bored with anti-trump reruns.

I perked up when I heard "The Mussolini of Mar-a-Lago."

Biden is just like any other 78 year old American, he can get cranky at times.

He would put out "mean tweets" if his handlers let him.
