I am deeply unhappy and frustrated about this. Allowing Russia to build Nord Stream 2 is incredibly bad for the future independence of Ukraine and the stability of Europe, and the Biden administration is failing miserably at checking Russia's power grabs.

The Keystone Pipeline shutdown was a splashy move, but there are already cross border pipelines. I am puzzled about the Russian decision. A favor to Germany? Or a favor for Putin?
