California Wants To Help People Buy Homes

They have a scheme to pay 45% of the cost of the home. The state would be partial owners. This could backfire in a bad way. If the state is paying half, won't people buy bigger homes? And since the state is paying almost half, will this drive housing prices up? Low cost student loans drove up the price of a college education.

Don't you mean taxpayers will be paying the 45%? Those illegal immigrants and criminals released early have to be loving this generous offer. That's just one more reason for hard working CA residents to pack up and go ruin another state (Democrats who learned nothing).

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
