This is probably one of the biggest blunders for Biden so far when it comes to being a competent leader for our country. Can you imagine any other world leader giving a list of infrastructure sectors that are "off limits' to cyber attacks? I'm sure Putin had a good laugh afterwards about that one. You also have to wonder what our other enemies think of that incredibly stupid move.
I'm sorry HA, I'm trying to understand how this relates to Biden giving a list of targets that he should not touch. When you say "verify then trust", what is Biden verifying and what precedent is there to trust? I'm also confused by what you mean by "tradecraft".

Didn't the first George Bush run the CIA? But I have to agree with you, President Biden doesn't not look to be mentally able to keep up with a thug like Putin.
