Not disarray!
The Supreme Court is fine. If you look at past court decisions, there are always going to be some justices that are more moderate than others. John Roberts has been a disappointment to conservatives but many justices picked by Republican presidents wind up being more liberal than their resume suggests. The Left acted like Kavanaugh was going to be to the right of Thomas but it hasn't turned out that way.
And I predict Roe V. Wade will not be overturned. But some states might get away with certain abortion restrictions like banning late term procedures.

Western nations are having a problem with declining birthrates. I wonder if the popularity of abortion might decline as the population ages. Plus older voters tend to be more anti-abortion.

I have no idea what point you're trying to make. Should the Supreme Court not be split? Should every justice fall in line with the Biden agenda for it to not be in "disarray"?
You must realize there are two distinct paths we are facing in this country. One path gives more and more power to an ever expanding government that wishes to control our choices and lifestyles. The other path is one that is resisting the first option and wants less government, more choices, and less control over our lives. The first side seems to be fine with millions of immigrants illegally entering the country while the other side wants legal immigration only so we know who is coming in.
As for people on this board, we are just a micro version of the population as a whole... pretty evenly split about almost every import concern. Constructive and intelligent debate is always possible if people are wiling to stick to the subjects presented. The debate devolves when one side doesn't have a good argument and either deflects to something else (like the last president), or they resort to being snarky and even insulting. The Supreme Court isn't in disarray, it's just a good mix of different opinions and ideologies that rarely come together 100%. I'd much rather see that than a court that falls in line with one party or the other.
The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
“We’re arguing about the battles among the conservatives and when that coalition breaks and where it goes,” lamented Harvard Law School lecturer Nancy Gertner, a former federal judge. “It’s a dramatic difference from only two or three years ago.”
Leading the charge from the right in both cases Thursday was Justice Samuel Alito, who penned caustic opinions taking his colleagues to task for issuing narrow rulings that seemed to him to be aimed at defusing political tensions rather than interpreting the law.
“After receiving more than 2,500 pages of briefing and after more than a half-year of post-argument cogitation, the Court has emitted a wisp of a decision that leaves religious liberty in a confused and vulnerable state
BOLDED....there is a decided problem.....and I agree,NOT interpreting the law....but rather,defusing
political tension
