I am ambivalent about the withdrawal. On one side, it is time to move on. We tried to rebuild the nation and it just didn't take. Failed nation building. But on the other hand, I fear for the young girls and women who will suffer under the thumbs of the Taliban. And the Afghans who supported us and NATO being killed for being collaborators.
