Biden's Biggest Super Spreader

We have people streaming across our border at record levels and the worthless press isn't calling this a super spreader epicenter. As if the crybaby Texas Democrats were not embarrassing enough after they spread some of their Covid to Washington, the press still refuses to highlight the million plus people who will illegally cross our border this year, mosty unvaccinated. These people are being shipped all across the country, but it's really no big deal because they will one day vote for Democrats (at least that's what Dems are hoping for).

I could be wrong here, so maybe one of you could show me evidence that the people coming into our country are all getting vaccinated before they enter our cities and start using taxpayer funded services.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

Mexico has historically had a very high vaccination rate for all major childhood diseases. They've fallen behind in keeping up with COVID-19, but are on par with some areas in the U.S. You'd think if it were that big of a source of new infections that the TX governor wouldn't have been so quick to end mask mandates, and would've rolled out vaccination campaigns a little harder.

Rising vaccination rates in Mexico shore up border leaders’ argument for ending travel restrictions
by: Julian Resendiz, Border Report | Posted: Jun 1, 2021

EL PASO, Texas (Border Report) – The state of Chihuahua is in the middle of a massive COVID-19 vaccination effort that local officials hope strengthens the case for the U.S. and Mexico to consider reopening the border to tourists and shoppers.

While many American citizens and legal permanent residents continue to visit relatives in Mexico and are allowed re-entry, U.S. Customs and Border Protection has been turning back foreign residents whose travel purpose is non-essential. That includes shopping, tourism and family visits.

Merchants in El Paso and other American border cities have repeatedly said the restrictions have taken away their Mexican customers and cut their sales by more than half.

Mexico Creates Vaccine Oasis in Bid to Reopen U.S. Border
By Nacha Cattan, Bloomberg | July 9, 2021

As President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador rushes to revive his battered economy, Mexico is prioritizing scant vaccines for border states, trying to inoculate all adults there. In Baja California, home to Tijuana, 79% of residents 18 or over have been vaccinated with at least one shot, Mexico says. In California, that rate is only 62%, according to Bloomberg’s vaccine tracker.

Efforts to vaccinate all adults along the U.S.-Mexico border would set up the countries for a “complete reopening of the border,” Lopez Obrador said at a press briefing Thursday.

Mexico is hoping that success at its busiest border crossing with the U.S. will persuade its northern neighbor to admit nonessential travelers, even if only one city at a time. The decision about where to send doses isn’t easy. The nation has fully vaccinated only 16% of its population versus 47% in the U.S., and the threat of more transmissible variants is growing across the region.

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

ICE says 30% of border crossers are refusing the vaccine. And while it makes sense that Mexico is devoted to vaccinating the states of northern Mexico, most of those coming in are from South and Central America. Hopefully many of the 30% were already vaccinated.
