Recently DC legalized Marijuana. They did this because they thought less African-Americans would get punished and go to jail. Makes sense. Fast forward to today, now DC is banning flavored tobacco, like menthol cigarettes. Most menthol cigarettes are smoked by Blacks. So now they are targeting African-Americans? The mayor says they passed this law to discourage smoking in that community. But how soon before we have someone arrested or tased for smoking a Kool?
