So the most important question i s, what does a society do collectively to entice citizens to the most dangerous and needed occupation we have in a civil society? Is it wise to make blanket negative statements based on the bad actions of the minority? Is it wise to take funding away and "redirect" it to people who are not equiped to deal with dangerous situations?
Every person in Congress should be calling out people like Cori Bush, AOC, Ilan Omar, and every other pathetically ignorant politician that is suffering from an extreme lack of logic and an abundance of hypocrisy.
The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
Looks like some police are deciding to quit rather than get vaccinated. I wonder how many healthcare workers the nation will lose because of the mandates too. Especially now with infections rising.

Meanwhile the unvaccinated healthcare workers we "lose" won't really be lost. They'll just go to work in your doctor's office, your grandparent's nursing home or assisted living facility. So, not to worry.
Or these former police officers and healthcare workers will choose to pursue careers in different fields. Just got done talking to a vaccinated firefighter and she is very upset with how resistant so many of her colleagues are to getting vaccinated. Will their union back them up?
