As the Defense Department continues to stick to its plans of not reaching out into Kabul to assist U.S. personnel and Afghan helpers evacuate, British and French forces have done so to rescue their citizens, multiple outlets report.

Not a good look for the country that got this whole mess started... more lost respect.

Has to make many military members ashamed of their wimpy commanders. Wonder if you will start seeing junior officers taking initiative and start escorting trapped Americans to the airport.

The French do not seem too pleased with Biden.
