In that you put this in quotation marks, the assumption is that there is a source for this quote. Would you please provide the reference.

bolded...SIMPLY put....the sociopathic,childish,"thug" mentality of Trump,OVERULED any potential benefit
of his policies. His demeanor of deceit, derogatory, demeaning comments, his autocratic tendencies were
his downfall. BULLIES become boorish and then they r shunned. THAT is why the election turned.
SIMPLY put HA the destruction of our county and our standing around the world is causing many who previously shared you pathology to wish Trump was still President. Mean tweets be damned.

As ramage is suggesting, Trump never said those words, those are your words that you imagined he was thinking. The left does a lot of imagining when it comes to Trump so I see where you get that.homeagain wrote: I am leery of those who see"" mean tweets" as the MAIN cause of the demise of TRUMP. the REAL and
present danger of his demeanor is "only I and I alone can make it right".....THAT sentiment is scary as
hell and I see it as a DIRECT challenge to the Constitution of this country. Which,in turn, means a 4th
Turning is imminent....because "I alone" is not a bipartisan byline,but rather,an autocratic,ego-centered
method of governing....U think the D's r bringing this country down? What a mistake in mindset.

Rick wrote: The context is important HA, he's talking about "the system". The system he's talking about is the corrupt system in which all the lifer politicians get rich off of their influence while rarely doing good for the country. None of the swamp creatures who vote themselves raises and benefits will ever fix the system because they have always benefitted from it. The only way it gets exposed is if an outsider exposes it, along with their worthless media that covers for them... they are a big part of that corrupt system. That system went after him with the corrupt use of the FBI, DOJ, and the Clinton campaign... so yes, he was in a unique position the break that corrupt system into pieces. Unfortunately he didn't get much help from most of the corrupt Republicans who also need that system to stay in place.
You said "I alone can make it right" and he said "I alone can fix it" . I'll give you a 3/4 credit but next time tell us what you're talking about. When you posted that, I thought you were talking about him changing the constitution to make that right since you said it was a "direct challenge to the Constitution". Changing the corrupt system IMO is abiding by the constitution. Context is everything.

If you want o go down the 'who is challenging the constitution' road, I'd love to compare and contrast Biden's actions to Trump's... you would lose that one badly.
To your last point, you can only make a good point if you compare and contrast policies of the last administration to this one. Which policies make this country a more prosperous place to live?
1. Open borders to every poor immigrant that wants to enter?
2. Killing our energy independence while helping Putin get more oil?
3. Increasing inflation by dumping trillions into the economy and making taxpayers pay for corporate tax increases?
4. Forcing everybody to get a vaccine or lose their jobs?
Which one is of the Democrat strategies to "build back better" excites you the most?
