How did she ever win a Senate race? She looks totally uncomfortable in public anymore. It wouldn't surprise me to see that she has a mental breakdown and has to resign the office of Vice President.

Laurence Olivier is considered to have been the best actor ever portraying Othello, a black Moor. Perhaps, Meryl Streep or Michele Pfeiffer? If you insist that it must be a black actress then I would suggest Whoopi Goldberg (Caryn Elaine Johnson).
As an aside why did she choose Whoopi Goldberg as a stage name?
