I heard that same thing but it's not happening like that anymore. Zillow was buying up a lot of homes but now they've backed off quite a bit as the economy has gotten more sketchy. There's probably certain areas and types of homes where that's still true, but that's not something I'm going to gamble on. I have 3 big realtors that know I'm selling so if they have buyers, they have my number.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

ZILLOW'S algorithm was the problem, THEN they discovered that they miscalculated and inventory has
screwed them, can't hit the numbers needed,so they r closing down that program and r sitting on a loss.

HERE'S WHAT IS INSANE.....WE HAVE MORE THAN DOUBLED OUR HOUSE VALUE IN JUST OVER 6
1/2 YR....WE PURCHASED THE .22 ACRE PARCEL NEXT TO US AND IT HAS ALMOST DOUBLED IN PRICE... the economy can't maintain that pace.....jmo

MONTROSE MARKET......AVG.352,000, i THINK THE NUMBERS ARE PRETTY MUCH THE SAME IN ANY SMALL TOWN.

Awesome news! Replacing dirty bituminous coal with new tech nuclear energy! France is also doubling down on building cleaner nuclear energy plants.

Leftists are already stating to figure out what the rest of us have been saying for decades... they can't win an election if they are hurting people who rely on affordable energy to survive.

Where I live now. We lucked out and found our forever home this last time home shopping and they’ll be carrying my old dead body out of here. :)-

Had some fun with the Peak Finder app and the sunset tonight. This is part of the view from my back deck overlooking the Front Range.

Your view is gorgeous, hopefully the aggressive building of homes will NOT be a factor. We have a panoramic view of Buckhorn, some Cimmarons (mostly homes osbsure that)the San Juans, Horsefly.
Mt.Sneffels and the uncomphagre plateau. (so far)....the homes have NOT destroyed that view.....the really stupid thing about the listing of the house.....when we viewed it on visual tour and read description the REALTOR did NOT mention the to die for views. We saw it on an overcast day, snow season in Feb/March.
It was only after we had moved in the first day/nite and got up the next morning for coffee, looked at the patio
doors to the pergola space did we go....WHOAA,WHO KNEW???

Nice find of your own it sounds like HA! I've seen multiple people in the 14ers group claim that Mt Sneffels is the most photogenic of all of them, and their photos are gorgeous.

No worries on development ruining our view - that big open space at the bottom of the photo is Bear Creek Lake Park and Arrowhead Golf Course to the left of it. My only worry is my kids fighting over it when we're gone. :)

Always nice to have a great view, helps to lower the blood pressure. ( I think.)
