Per CBS News, thanks to President Biden's bans on new natural gas drilling and new pipelines, coal consumption in America will rise to its highest level since 2014. Irony? President Trump wanted to bring back coal, a dirty fuel that causes not only more emissions but also spreads arsenic and other trace poisons. But going after clean burning natural gas has created unintended consequences. At least Senator Manchin and West Virginia will be happy.
