Inept politicians and journalists have a hard time squaring their ideological nonsense with reality. There's always a logic lag as these really stupid people have to learn common sense and then later act like they knew what they were doing all along.
How many times did we hear slow Joe tell us he was going to kill the virus and not the economy?
The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
Some cynics seem to think the bad polls for Democrats lately are causing this change in behavior. Plus last year Americans fled Blue States that were more likely to impose vaccine mandates and lockdowns. Maybe if Governor Polis had been more heavy handed, Colorado could have lost some of their population too.
