California Will Vote On Socialized Medicine

There is a bill in the California legislature to increase taxes so that they can create a socialized medicine program for the state. I support them creating this. Let this state test out the idea. Will this encourage the sick and uninsured to move to California?
Or will it encourage California taxpayers/voters to flee the state? Or will they instead boot out Democrats in the state legislature?

Perhaps, both will happen. The uninsured move to CA and the taxpayers move out.

CA will go bankrupt and the rest of us will have to bail them out... not very hard to predict.

Depends on who is President.
