Should a 77 year old man with a history of debilitating strokes and decades of hard drug use be the gatekeeper for the podcast industry?
I understand where Neil is coming from, he had polio as a youngster and it scarred hiim for life. I support vaccinations too, but I don't support shutting down alternative sources of information. I don't listen to Rogan myself but I think he should be allowed to question people on his podcast outside the mainstream. One of his latest interviews was with a Doctor who has mRNA patents. Why do people think he shouldn't be allowed to speak publicly?
Years ago I suffered from insomnia and frequently found myself listening to the Art Bell show during late nights and early mornings. He had to fill a lot of time so he invited a diverse group of people, including UFO and other non-traditional people to explain themselves. It was interesting radio and while sleep deprived they sometimes seemed to make sense, But I would awaken the nest day and in the light of the Sun, I would laugh at their crazy ideas. Sure, there were probably some people who accepted this as faith, like those who still believe in astrology.
But I was glad that the FCC or another organization never shut down Art Bell for interviewing these people.

Recently saw a short video statement from Joe Rogan about his interviews with a couple of doctors and he defended his right to interview qualified, board certified physicians who are outside the mainstrean.
He rightly pointed out that six months ago declaring that multiple vaccines wouldn't protect you from getting Covid-19 would get your videos cut from You-Tube and Facebook, but now it is accepted as fact.
Is it dangerous to say this? Some people think it is. Of course, is it dangerous to tell people that the vaccine will prevent them from getting Covid-19? Might that make them more likely to take risks because they mistakenly believed they were safe?

I think he did this to get his name back in the public eye. If not he must have had a come to Jesus moment or he is just your run of the mill hypocrite.
