Biden Sends 3000 Troops to Eastern Europe... WHY? was created by Rick
Putin has over 100k troops along the Ukraine border and Biden thinks sending 3k troops over there is going to be some sort of deterrent? Is this the "normal" you all voted for? We shouldn't be risking one American life when we just left millions of Afghani's to starve to death because of Biden's last fubar.

I think it is just saber rattling, I hope. They aren't being deployed to Ukraine proper. But if our troops in neighboring nations are targeted, President Biden might have to respond. But he made getting out of Afghanistan a priority, I doubt he wants to get involved in a Winter war against Russia.

I doubt Western Europe has the heart for war. Especially Germany who needs Russia's gas and they have been very pacifist since 1945. I hope I am right.
