Nature is inanimate. It doesn't have feelings. Coronaviruses might keep coming back because we isolated people and let our natural immunities decline. Anyone else find it wierd that many 3rd World nations aren't having all the deaths like America does? Places where people aren't addicted to hand sanitizer and have generous sick leave. The developing world has been fighting coronaviruses for eons and mostly winning.

there IS THE PROBLEM....Gaia,is in fact, a living entity....indigenous people KNOWN this and respect the
idea, not only respect,BUT believe it is the reason humanity is on he edge of extinction. RESEARCH THE 6TH EXTINCTION

Do you have any sources that prove your "fact"? Is Gaia something proven by science or is it more like a religion? Not trying to start an argument, I'm just curious about that assertion.

From the article...

Earth and its biological systems behave as a huge single entity. This entity has closely controlled self-regulatory negative feedback loops that keep the conditions on the planet within boundaries that are favorable to life

I actually think this is plausible, but that would mean that we would be stupid to bankrupt our country trying to change the earths temperature since the earth is much better at changing it's climate than we could ever hope to do.

Even if it was scientifically proven that the earth has it's own way of regulating conditions that favor life, there's no way in hell that governments around the world would give up their control over their populations.

The problem,as I understand . Is the ACCELERATED rate of damaging change, Gaia is struggling to self regulate and CAN NOT maintain it's function, in an adequate manner. Image a race car (well tuned, highly efficient and hi speed worthy), then the driver pushes the OUTER LIMITS OF THE ENGINE and the engine
becomes over taxed and BLOWS.....we r at the outer limits of Gaia's gauge.

Since there is no scientific proof that Gaia exists as a planet regulating force, there is also no proof that changes in C02 levels is something Gaia can't handle.

Earth was at much higher temperatures during the age of dinosaurs and much colder temperatures during previous ice ages. And managed to recover from both those extremes multiple times. The Earth is much more resilient than we give it credit for.

And humanity might be throwing a huge curve in this century. The human population could peak in 2050 and then go into a death spiral after that. Many leading nations including China and the Western World are not producing enough children to replace the dying. Australia slipped below replacement rate in 1975. The US is below replacement rate right now, immigration is the only thing keeping population levels up. Plus so much of what we use is so much more efficient and clean than even twenty years ago. We could see a future where power plants are being decommissioned all over the world.
