The EU is now sending combat aircraft to Ukraine. This might be a dangerous step up. Russia had been unable to establish air superiority and more modern jets on Ukraine's side will mean death to Russian armored convoys.
The French Foreign Legion has given leave to their Ukranian members to go home and defend their homeland. Do they get to bring their weapons with them? The FFL is a battle hardened force that has been fighting Islamic terrorists in Africa for decades. And they could provide excellent training to Ukrainian reserves and civilians.
