First I'd just say I think it's highly unlikely that anyone will get to Putin, he'll end up like Assad. Europe has become very weak and dependent on Russia's oil because they made the same mistake we are making by forcing green energy. Secondly, using the term "cancel culture" is pretty funny in this context. Cancel culture is about offending weak people who then want the offenders to be cancelled/fired/shamed etc..
A million dollar bounty to get Putin? LOL, keep dreaming.
The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
Read a story about how Europe used to be a net producer of natural gas and oil but then the environmentalists made the EU weak and dependent on Russia by banning fracking. If you are wanting to reduce greenhouse gasses, it is better to have the US and Europe do their drilling with environmental controls than nations like Venezuela and Russia who won't.

The left will continue to ignore that logic and reality. They really believe that if gas goes to unaffordable levels that we will all march down to the nearest dealer and drop 50k+ on an electric vehicle the majority of Americans can't afford.

Denver Post had a piece today about a new 85 mile train line from Utah to Colorado so that the nation can develop oil resources and other mineral deposits. Of course the environmentalists are suing to stop the project. Would the prefer that daily convoys of trucks crowd the highway instead or a new pipeline? Especially when the working poor are suffering with $6 gasoline?
