Florida Judge Takes Down CDC Mask Mandate

I may have spoke too soon. The White House is asking the CDC if they want to bring back the mask mandate. So the Biden Administration might make the CDC be the bad guy. Will voters blame the CDC or the Democrat Party? :accordianpl

TDS is still alive and well in the WH. If the judge that struck that mandate down was anyone but a Trump pick, we'd be seeing a different reaction. People are tired of the worthless face diaper (except for the forever scared crowd), so I would think that ALLOWING people to breath freely again would be something Biden would want to claim as an 'accomplishment'. I hope they enforce the mandate again before the midterms, I really do.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

I was considering starting a new thread "MASK, UNMASK, MASK" but realized that my comment fits this thread.
We will be flying to NYC, landing in LaGuardia. The trip up to landing will be mask free until exiting the jetway at LGA. Then a mask will be required until exiting the airport where once again we can be mask free. There are pictures posted in the NYC press of soldiers in the airport, ostensibly there to enforce the mask mandate of NYC. Had our flight gone to Newark we would have been mask free upon disembarking. Of course if I carry a coffee or soft drink or something stronger I am exempted from the mask mandate. I should add that the bars at LGA are thoughtfully providing "to go" cups for drinks purchased at the bar.
Imagine if these armed forces were patrolling in the inner city, certainly a deterrent to crime. Chicago is also requiring masks at O'Hare, LAX is following suit.
This is called "following the science".
I have to laugh otherwise I would cry.

My DH off the plane TODAY.....Ft. Lauder dale to Dallas/Ft worth/to Montrose....when pilot announced it,everyone cheered,mask OFF...about 15% left theirs on....same in the airports...about 15% wearing masks.
I HAD to ask when I picked him up today....the WHOLE of this situation is just WEIRD...If u did NOT have
a efficient/correct mask to begin with (from the start)....it is ludicrous to think that a "dew rag" or a oh so cute
color co ordinate cover up was/is sufficient. Medical grade masks SHOULD HAVE BEEN DISTRIBUTED FROM THE START. What a mind suck.

I love contradictory mask rules. Some Lufthansa employees let us use KN-95 masks, some insisted we had to use surgical masks.
