The Texas Elementary School Shooting

How many of those kids would still be alive if police had taken out the killer earlier? They wouldn't have bled out.

And HA, 223 doesn't blow up bodies. This is simply reporters putting their own personal bias into the story. The round does tend to tumble but probably not at that close of range.

And the same slow response time is getting repeated over and over again, Parkland and the Pulse nightclub shooting are two excellent examples

Suddenly we are going to need a lot more law enforcement, unless those on the left want to gamble on new gun laws making kids safe. One way in, one way out, at least one well trained officer, and a well trained staff that has a plan.

So where are we going to get all these cops when the left caused so many to retire or to not enter the profession? The truth is, it's people like the squad and the BLM grift that's to blame for most of the increased violence and lawlessness. But they couldn't accomplish nearly enough destruction of our police forces without the media who spread the lies like wildfire.

Now they are going to be asking for more cops and wondering why there are not enough. OR, the seasoned badass cops who are willing to run toward the gunfire will be replaced by worthless PU$$IES who sit back and listen to the lives being lost.

The left wants a more feminized country that's not so violent... be careful of what you wish for, unless you plan on protecting yourself.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

NO, we just need men with big balls,"we would have been shot or killed"..........TEXAS is all talk,IF u were in Alaska,.....the shooter would have taken a bullet to the head or heart....Alaskans do NOT hesitate, they GET SHIT DONE....BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO, IT IS BRUTAL,BUT BEAUTIFUL. (the first and foremost rule,
be prepared, because your life is on the line,it is a way of life.)

An absolute pathetic police response, fire every last one of them, beginning with the Commander.....following established protocol IS NOT OPTIONAL.

AND U WERE THERE TO I.D. THE BODIES???? I have posted that the individual responsible for that
horror of a task, STATED IN VERY CLEAR TERMS...the bodies were mangled and dismembered, making
it impossible to do his job.....DNA from families was the solution. DO NOT minimize this horror.

Unfortunately the reports that the police did not go in upon arrival and confront the shooter are true.
This reinforces my belief that the teachers and/or other adults in the classroom need to be armed in order to defend their pupils and themselves. When your life is on the line, you will fight back.

'm sorry HA, but this is the second time you felt it neccessary to describe the condition of the dead bodies. Dead is dead and I can't understand why it's important to keep bringing up the visual.

Because the VISUAL is repeated over and over again...COLUMBINE, till today.....r u an EMT, FIRST RESPONDER? i WANT THE VISUAL....pictures r louder than words.....I am bone weary and talk is not "gettin' her done"......the NRA is a consistent contributor to the the R'S.....I am beyond pissed that this horror
of history in the USA is constant and NEVER ENDING. the American people have failed miserably in holding their government ACCOUNTABLE...when does it change? CERTAINLY not with the R's (nor the D's)
a BIPARTISANSHIP is long over due JMO

Of course the press is going to over exaggerate the wounds. "If it bleeds, it leads." Some of the wounds will look horrific, but some will just be a tiny hole in and out of the victim.

When fighting in Somalia, the US troops had this issue. Their enemy was so skinny, that many of their bullets would pass through the body with minimal damage. In fact, the US military has decided 5.56mm is too underpowered and they are switching to 6.8mm.

5.56mm is 62 grains, only slightly bigger than a 30 grain .22 bullet.

This is my point. You think it's productive for people to imagine that visual, but don't want pregnant women to have to visualize a viable baby human being ripped apart. Some visuals are more convenient and acceptable than others.

Excellent point. And in that case, it is the mother who is willing to have her own child ripped apart. And we have millions more abortions than school schootings.
