Electoral Count Act Overhaul?

The House and Senate are currently working on separate bills this week in an attempt to make our elections less arcane. Much needed reform? Or unnecessary changes to a system that has worked for centuries. The House can pass their bill without Republican support. And it appears that the Senate bill has enough Republican support to pass also.

The WSJ in its editorial today supports passing the Senate version of the bill. Cleans up some parts of the transfer of power that President Trump thought were loopholes.
