Recall Elijah McClain's death while in the custody of the Aurora Police Dept. A settlement was reached in the amount of $15 million. Mr Mosley provided the sperm to create Elijah though he denied it until a paternity test proved otherwise.(shades of Hunter Biden). Nonetheless he did not pay child support in full. The court awarded him $ 5.25 million.
