unlike other states, Alaska is truly on the front lines. Because of our close proximity to our neighbors there is very little margin for error. Russian territory is only a few miles away. We are the one state closest to the Korean Peninsula and China. Alaska is truly on the front lines.
As such, decisions need to be made quickly to preserve the territorial integrity of Alaska and the United States. This incident is further evidence that the military capability of Alaska is robust

By "others", do you mean those of us who have hung in here for years and just disagree with the way you see things? What I've found at other sites I visit is an exit of liberal minded posters who can't justify what the guy they voted for has done to us in the last two years. This is a reflection of left wing sources who are struggling to find things to talk about... things that don't put the current leadership in a bad light.
I'm sure if there's another Roe vs Wade type of issue that is a subjective argument that doesn't require factual data, your friends will return for a short time to drop bombs and then leave again.
For the record HA, I've enjoyed debating you because you are one of the few on the left that could stay in the political ring without getting butt hurt. In order to be a "success", these sites just need people on all sides who have strong beliefs and the ammunition to back those beliefs up.
