President Trump threatened this week to end the current US policy of birthright citizenship. Most nations around the world do not permit this, but the US Supreme Court decades ago interpreted an amendment as permitting the practice.
Maybe this might change even without Donald's help. His Supreme Court appointees might reinterpret this amendment. Just like they did with the Roe interpretation decades ago.
This might help to mitigate current border surges of illegal aliens.
