A suit has been filed in court to block President Trump's name from appearing on the 2024 ballot. They include the daughter of Pamala Anderson, Republican candidate for state office, the wife of Kevin Priola, elected as a Republican but after the election became a democrat, etc.
In case one cannot find examples of RINOs look no further than this lawsuit.

Wow, Democrats and Never-Trumpers will use every dirty trick in the book to prevent Trump from running. As bad as the states where Republicans & Democrats join forces to keep 3rd party candidates off the ballot. They don't want American voters to have more than two options.

"They don't want American voters to have more than two options." Not quite, Fred. The uniparty wants to insure that the only choices are between their approved candidates. Trump will be the Republican nominee and therefore the effort to prevent him being such.
Third parties are inconsequential.

3rd parties can be inconsequential. If Cornell West gets 5% of the vote in certain states, he might just guarantee a Republican president. The Democrats are very worried about this. Many of the states like Arizona and Georgia might turn pink.

Fred,
I think that you meant to say that 3rd parties can be consequential.
One needs to look at where the third party vote is occurring; in non-swing states , it makes no difference, e.g. Cornell West may get a significant number of votes in states that are overwhelming democrat, e.g. New York.
Looking at Ross Perot, he got about 17% of the vote in 1992 but won no electoral college votes. But I do believe that he had an influence in some states that when for Clinton however, none come to mind.

But most often 3rd parties are inconsequential. One percent vote for Libertarian candidates in Colorado won't turn Colorado back to purple.

Today, the media is reporting that the case has been moved to Federal Court. Also that it will probably make its way to the Supreme Court.
It would be interesting to know who is funding this lawsuit. The individuals filing the suit do not have the financial means.
