Should he be made an example of, prosecuted and given the maximum penalty? Or just put on probation, like most first time offenders?

What makes you think that individuals who falsify an application for a gun purchase for the first time,, are put on probation?
To your knowledge is this the only Federal application for a firearm that Hunter Biden has falsified?
