The USSC has ruled in one sentence that Jack Smith's vendetta will first have to go to the Federal Court of Appeals, be heard there and then it can be appealed to the USSC.
Net Result: Smith will not have his trial of President Trump on March 4th. More likely, if at all, late in 2024 after the Presidential election.
