I had difficulty about how to title this post. Then I realized that everyone posting on this site is against corruption. so I decided on this. BIDEN'S DOJ SETS THE MARK.
Federal prosecutors have now dropped the charges against Bankman-Fried for violating campaign finance laws. According to a letter submitted to Judge Lewis Kaplan in the case of the United States v. Samuel Bankman-Fried, the government “does not plan to proceed with a second trial,” and expressed their intention to proceed to sentencing on the counts for which the defendant was convicted at trial in the hopes of a prompt resolution of the matter.

The federal government has pursued former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried for allegedly using over $100 million in customer funds to donate to Democratic political campaigns, which he then used to lobby Congress to support legislation and regulation favorable to his company.
In August, five charges against Bankman-Fried, including bank fraud and bribing a foreign government, were dropped. However, Bankman-Fried was still facing charges of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, wire fraud, conspiracy to commit securities fraud, and conspiracy to commit money laundering. The charges related to his alleged misuse of customer funds and political donations to FTX.

I surmise that this is the equivalent of a" get out of jail free" in Monopoly. Unfortunately this is our Department of Justice.

Let's ,make it simple SBF gave 100= million dollars of stolen money to the Biden campaign.

It’s just starting to be comical how none of these leftist criminals ever see justice. Imagine if someone like Tucker Carlson did the exact same thing but funded Republicans. He would have gotten life.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

He had been extradited in December 2022 from the Bahamas, where FTX was based, to face the seven earlier charges.

The Bahamas has yet to grant its consent for a trial on the remaining charges, however, leaving the timetable uncertain, prosecutors said.

Bankman-Fried's verdict came nearly one year after FTX filed for bankruptcy, erasing his once-$26 billion personal fortune in one of the fastest collapses of a major participant in U.S. financial markets.

Bankman-Fried could face decades in prison when he is sentenced by U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan in Manhattan.

Prosecutors said much of the evidence that could be offered at a second trial was already presented at the first trial.

They also said a second trial would not affect how much time Bankman-Fried could face in prison under recommended federal guidelines, because Kaplan could consider all of Bankman-Fried's conduct when sentencing him for the counts on which he was convicted.

If you donate a hundred million to the Democrats, you get your hand slapped. Did the politicians ever return their illicit gains?
