President Joe Biden?

Why is he still a candidate? He should have retired a long time ago..

It is criminal to leave this man in office.

Suddenly people are wondering about Joe's mental acuity? LOL!!!!

The press conference he just had was a complete disaster. CNN and MSNBC hacks are freaking out right now... they have no defense for him this time. President Kamala ? OMG this country is so screwed.

Good summary Fred.
Here is another salient point.

Mr. Biden’s recorded conversations with Zwonitzer from 2017 are often painfully slow, with Mr. Biden struggling to remember events and straining at times to read and relay his own notebook entries.

* In his interview with our office, Mr. Biden’s memory was worse. He did not remember when he was vice president.

Too mentally incapacitated to stand trial but sharp as a tack when presiding over the country.

I'm waiting for driver8 to swoop in and make us look bad for pointing out the obvious, again.

This is to me the most damning conclusion:
"Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen," according to a special counsel's final report.
A defense of Slo Joe has a mentally challenged elderly man is then offered.
This is the individual that is the titular head of our government. Looking for a contrast watch the unadulterated interview with Putin.
I hope that HA and/or Koobookie will not offer the argument that Putin cannot even speak English.

Biden’s replacement is in the batter’s box… still not Kamala. I think Biden has to go pretty soon so Kamala can be the first woman to be president, for a few months. They can check that box, then someone who is more popular than moldy bread can swoop in and save the day.

More than sufficient justification to invoke the 25th Amendment?

Now let's consider whether this was planned by the democrats for some time. The had to find a good reason to dump Biden. A democrat appointed Special Counsel declines to prosecute and at the same time provides a reason for his leaving office. He doesn't have to pardon himself and is free to tell the world how he spoke in his own defense against and defeated Wiliiam Jennings Bryan after firing Clarence Darrow.

It is a quite straightforward amendment. The Vice-President invokes and the Cabinet concurs.

Harris would benefit from being President and if the democrat apparatus found her not as malleable as they desire , they would dump her at the convention. Sure to raise some democrat hackles but they would get over it and coalesce in Nov.
